At Tiny Buddha Statue, we strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However:

  1. Natural Variations: You acknowledge that Jade is a natural stone and our jewelry is often hand-finished. Variations in color, internal “cotton” textures, and veining are inherent characteristics of natural gemstones and do not constitute product defects.
  2. Display Differences: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or mobile screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  3. Expectations: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your subjective expectations, although we strive for the highest artisan standards.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including those placed by resellers or distributors).

  1. Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address. Tiny Buddha Statue is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  2. Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders outside of our primary fulfillment centers, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  3. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
